Booking Cancellation Policy

Please note that virtual appointments cancelled within 48 hours of a booking will be charged at full rate. Virtual appointments cancelled within 7 days of a booking will be charged at 50% of the rate. Appointments at Harley Street will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment and a 100% cancellation fee will apply if cancelled with less than 1 weeks notice before the scheduled appointment. All cancellations will incur a £50.00 administration fee.
